Terms of Service
Last updated: September 16, 2026
These terms govern the use of klipo.link, operated by Vincent Gibara. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
klipo.link is a URL-shortening service with visit statistics, custom aliases, QR codes, and, on paid plans, a custom domain and API access.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out from your account, including by any team members you invite.
3. Plans and billing
- The free plan is limited to 25 active links and 24 hours of statistics history.
- The monthly and yearly plans are recurring subscriptions billed via Stripe; you can cancel them at any time from Billing, with access remaining active until the end of the period already paid for.
- The lifetime plan is a one-time payment giving access to paid features for as long as the klipo.link service exists.
- If you stop paying or cancel, your account drops back to the free plan limits; your existing links keep working, but links beyond the limit are paused.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use klipo.link to create or distribute links to illegal content, phishing, malware, spam, or any content that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to disable a link or account in the event of reported or observed abuse.
5. Custom domain
You are responsible for the DNS configuration of any domain you connect to klipo.link, and must ensure it does not disrupt another service you already run on that domain.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned or unplanned outages may occur.
7. Limitation of liability
klipo.link is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service over the past 12 months.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this page.
